I have a 1990 evinrude 90 horse motor trim works down but when i try to put up?

i cant get the motor to move up so i tried all 3 switches and the motor just click in the box on back of motor








what part do i need to fix this issue

Had that problem before,that box in the back that is clicking is the relay control.One of those small 1in by 1in black cubes is your up control relay and it is sticking.Try it with the cover off and pin point the unit that is doing the clicking thats the up relay most likely it is sticking.un plug it and before doing so check the up relay.Once you have done that you can swich them out if it works it is the relay.The up and down relay is the same plug style.They run about 10 to 15 dollars to replace but that is the best way to check them out /
