I would use an epoxy spray bomb primer and follow with an epoxy spray bomb color of your choice .First use a 3-M scotchbrite to ruff up for adhesion and some soap and water and maybe some rubbing alcohol for a cleaner.

Reply:Depends on what you want in results, for a real good shine go with lacquer; it dries quickly, easyly buffed to a shine and is not much bother. If you have some time on your hands go with an enamel, both of these come in spray cans and are fairly cheep in cost鈥︹€︹€︹€︹€︹€︹€︹€ut you have to be 18 or older to buy them.
