Idle question on honda?

after my prelude has been driven for about 10 mins the idle becomes really low like riiight above the 0 ..and coming off a stop it'll take alot of acceleration to get it past 2000 rpm n the exhaust would make an obnoxious sound like rattling..anybody have any idea what it could be?
