How do you loosen the tension bar to put the belt back on?

the same way you loosened it to take the belt off.
How do you loosen the tension bar to put the belt back on?
if its a serpentine belt, the tensoner should take a 3/8's rachet and just pull one way or the other to give the belt room to slip on
