Dupilcolor paint shop?

im thinking about getting a car and the paint job isnt the greatest but isnt horriable. its sun faded pretty bad and has some deep scratches. so i was wondering if there is any way to either restore the paint job or m i just going to have to live with it or repaint it. i was thinking about getting the duplicolor paint shop paint so i could learn how to do it my self. for any one who is unsure its not the spray paint. has anyone seen a car that has been painted with the duplicolor paint? if so how did it turn out. its between this, having my uncle paint it (hes painted a few cars before), or getting a professional paint job. i know what would turn out the best but im not looking into paying the amount that it would cost me to get it professionally done right now. sorry for how long that was lol but any advice would be great.
