What are the BEST MODIFICATIONS that i can do to my '09 EVO in order to get it to about 350+HP??????????

hoping to get atleast 350HP on my new EVO. but more hp would be great!!! any suggestions as to how to get it there??? please be brand specific about the parts!!

Any cold air intake i would reccomend K%26amp;N any programmer like hypertech or superchips, and a new exhaust i dont know much about tuner exhausts cause i drive a dodge ram with flowmaster but check on jegs or any other car parts website
