BMW 323i Tranny...Shift Linkage...Diff....???

Ok here goes....car always ran fine and still does....Once in about every 10 tries the car will make a loud "Clunk" noise when put from Park to Reverse and only Park to Reverse, fluid lvl good, no shifting problems while driving....advice?
