Well yeah, how much would it cost to get my two front windows tinted in San Diego, with the highest quality legal tint that doesn't bubble and what not.

In San Diego it will probably cost you like $75 to do the front two windows with a good tint. I got it done in Riverside and it cost me $25 a window for the fronts (+$5 extra each window for having to remove my old tint) so front 2 windows cost me $60. Even good quality tints will eventually bubble one day, so what you wanna do is find a Tint shop that offers lifetime warranty so if it ever bubbles go back and get it re-done.
