I have a 2001 Honda civic. through the years after replacing the components it blows hot at idle & @ takeoff.?

it only blows really cold after driving on the hwy. for several min. the clutch makes an awful sound but appears to be working fine. also the compressor kicks on and off constantly as if there is not enough refridgerant but it reads just fine. any suggestions?

Cracked Tension Spring Arms at the clutch and System could be Over Full! Get it to a Good A/C Shop and get it checked Properly.
