How do i install a headlight on a dirtbike without battery?

would i be able to install a headlight on my dirtbike without a battery? this bike hasnt had a headlight before but it has a Magnetoon it? if so which type of headlight would i use

It would be cheaper and easier to go to a snowmobile shop (if there's one around you) and check in the catalogue for old ski-do lights. Otherwise I have a really strong light that I use on my mountain bike that can be purchased at any "good" bike shop.

To wire up a headlight is a PITA. You need to run a switchblock, run power to it, wire the headlight in, etc.





Depending on the bike, the magneto may not power the headlight either.





Your best option may be to use a pushbike type light that you can turn on and off and carries its own batteries.
