How do i get raid of my cars funky smell?

i just bought a 96' honda accord and the interior is perfect other than a funky old person smell. do you know of any thing that could get raid of that oder. i tried using febreeze but that only works for a while.

ask them to wash inside car,its gonna cost you $100


they will wash your seats,floor,glass,anything inside the car.
Reply:put a box of open fabric softner sheets under the seat!
Reply:Put some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle - spray on all fabric areas - alcohol will get rid of all kinds of odors and not leave a stain.
Reply:I keep some scented potpourri in the ash tray, especially in the summer when the heat warms the car, the fragrance will be strong. I've used rose buds, fresh lavender, or just the scented bags you can find almost anywhere like the supermarket, orTarget. Don't be afraid to fill the ash tray up, it will just make the car smell so much better.
Reply:go to home depot and get something that called volcanic rock or lava rocks. it should be in the freshener isle . it comes in a small bag and it'll absorb the smell. i used to get rid of medicine smell in my dads car and new car smell in my car
