Sprayed a patch on my car now the base coat looks good a good match but Ive tried with the lacquer and i cant?

get the glass finish ive been told to mix 2 lacqeur to 1 hardner 1thinner done this but it gives a mat finish i live in spain and wondering if the panel too hot or that im putting the mix wrong can someone please help

it could be that to get the paint finish right, you need to bake it-

as your using 2 pac paint[laqure]..mixture is 2 laqure,1 hardner and 10% thinners...give it 3 coats..leave for 24 hours then use some 2000 wet/dry paper to flatten it down then use rubbing compound then t-cut...finnish off with wax....sorted.
